- Share your order number and a short note about the issue (size, color, etc.).
- Our team will guide you through the easy return process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- In case of wrong or faulty product, we’ll cover all shipping charges and replace it promptly.

We currently offer store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds.
